About TurningTrade

TurningTrade is a software publisher with one product, TurningTrade Terminal: a desktop trading platform for futures traders. It shows the heatmap, footprint, DOM and Market Profile from a native Rithmic feed, and its AI assistant reads what your modules display before it answers.

Who publishes TurningTrade

The website turningtrade.com and TurningTrade Terminal are published by TURNINGTRADE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), file number 10763653. Its registered office is the address of its registered agent: c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States.

The full legal details, including the tax identification number, are in the legal notice. The site is published in English, French, Spanish and Russian.

What TurningTrade Terminal is

A desktop platform for trading futures on the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, Eurex and CFE. Market data comes from your own Rithmic account, order by order (market by order, MBO), on 166 futures instruments depending on the exchange permissions of that account. Orders go through Rithmic only. Binance and Hyperliquid crypto perpetuals can be displayed, read-only.

The modules a futures trader expects are there: a heatmap of MBO liquidity with Stop-run and Sweep detectors, a bid × ask footprint, candles with delta, a DOM with Time and Sales, Market Profile, microstructure studies, a risk desk with limits and a kill switch, an economic calendar and a trade journal. The full list is on the Features page.

ALFRED is the AI assistant built into the platform. It reads the session, the quotes, the book up to twenty levels, your journal and your working orders, then answers with those numbers. It has 46 tools and eleven rights that you switch on or off one by one. TT AGENT is a research desk of 23 AI agents: a committee argues both sides, holds a risk veto and signs a note, and each verdict is later settled against real prices. Claude Code, Codex or Cursor can connect to the platform over MCP with a local token. Details on the ALFRED page.

How the platform is built

The part that talks to the market is written in Rust; the local hub that feeds the modules is written in Python. The technical architecture article describes what runs where, at what rate, with measurements taken on the shipped code and a comparison with other platforms.

Each version is numbered and published to members through the update channel. Release notes, and the gestures that no longer behave the same way, are published in the Help Center (updates and release notes). The Help Center also covers installation, the Rithmic connection and how to read each module.

Our comparison guides put TurningTrade next to Bookmap, ATAS, Sierra Chart and the others on published facts, with the source and the date each fact was read, including the lines where another platform does better. Start with how to choose a futures trading platform.
